Everything that crosses my path has a chance to reappear in my art. On streets, in bars, outside restaurants and other venues, people sit, stand and loiter. There are always people waiting. They illustrate the temporary nature of life. These figures with their gestures and poses create a space in my mind. I draw from both sources, reality and imagination. And with color, it develops. The scenes become, in short, just a fleeting glance at what is before one's eyes.
